Warranty, Return & Refund

Penguin.com.bd offers various warranties depending on the purchased product. Almost all of our products carry a 7 days replacement warranty. Many products include Brand Warranty, Service Warranty, Parts Warranty and International Warranty on them as well. Each product carries unique warranties which may vary based on the type and brand of product.

You have 3 Calendar days from the day you received your purchase to call Penguin.com.bd to initiate your return. Past this date, unfortunately, we do not issue returns, replacements or refunds.

  • Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  • item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store credit.
  • You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Payment

We have various methods of payment options available for your best convenience. You can pay using bKash, Online Banking, EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facilities, Debit/Credit Cards and obviously Cash on delivery.

For Online Payment, by placing an order you authorise to our third-party online payment partner SSLCOMMERZ to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

For shipping inside Dhaka, we charge a standard fee of 60 BDT in general and 100 BDT for delivery outside Dhaka. Although, depending on the size and dimension of the product, the shipping charge may vary.

Penguin.com.bd delivers all over Bangladesh through third-party courier agencies & offers home delivery in selected metro areas through third party delivery agent.

Free shipping may be offered only during campaigns or promotional offers.

Penguin.com.bd believes in communication with consumers to mitigate any sort of services gaps. We confirm each and every single orders by calling the customers before dispatching; additionally, consumers will receive phone calls from deliverer as well.
