Notes:
1. At 77°F, single-port charging runs without derating in 220 – 240V areas, and for at least 1 hour in 100 – 130V areas.
2. Up to 150W recharging for Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W) is supported in AI Mode 2.0 when using the cable included with the power bank or a compatible cable. This cable is not included with the charger. Data based on internal lab testing.
3. Based on internal lab testing in AI Mode 2.0, this charger powers a 16″ MacBook Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, and 11″ iPad Pro from 20% to 80% in the same time as using three original chargers (140W + 35W + 35W).
4. Power status for each port is displayed after devices are connected. Custom modes can be configured in the app via Bluetooth. Actual performance may vary depending on usage conditions. Devices with Bluetooth and a display may consume more power and feel slightly warm during standby, which is normal. To reduce standby power consumption, you can manually turn off Bluetooth and the display.
5. Dynamic power distribution is available only in AI Mode 2.0. The full list of devices that support this feature can be found in the compatibility section.
6. The display shows “3A Cable” for cables up to 60W, “5A Cable” for cables up to 100W, and “EPR Cable” for cables up to 240W.
7. Device identification requires AI Mode. Recognized device information is visible only in the app.

Refund Policy
Refunds
Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.
You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
