The transmitter of the BY-M500W features a selectable Cardioid an Omnidirectional polar pattern for different applications. The receiver of the BY-PM500W is designed with the M/S function, users can pair two transmitters with one receiver at the same time. It is optional to record each audio signal separately or combine them for ultimate flexibility in post-production.

Return Policy:

  • In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:
    • Must notify within 3 Days.
    • Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
    • Any exception will result in no return.
  • In case of a Misplaced Order:
    • Check the product and match it with the invoice.
    • Let us know as soon as possible

    • While claiming warranty, the customer has to pay the pickup charge (Inside Dhaka 60 taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka) and the delivery charge after warranty processing (Inside Dhaka 60 taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka).

      ***Customers must provide the box and all the accessories given with the product while claiming warranty. Warranty will not be provided if anything is missing

    Refund Policy

    • Refunds
      • Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
      • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
      • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.
      • You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
    • Shipping
      • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
      • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
